3 foglie di menta fresca
2 cucchiaini di zucchero
3 cucchiaini di succo di lime fresco
1 1/2 once Seltz

In un alto e sottile bicchiere, schiacchiare parte della menta con una forchetta.

Aggiungere lo zucchero e il succo di lime e mescolare accuratamente.

Coprire con ghiacchio.

Aggiungere seltzer.

Aggiungere un fetta di lime e la restante menta e servire

3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tea spoon of sugar
3 tea spoon of  fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz Seltz 

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork.

Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly.

Top with ice.

Add seltzer

Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve.
